Wind and workshops really sums up February for me.
Although of course, there is also the small matter of Valentines tucked in there too!
Firstly, the weather, that wind was just a little wild wasn’t it? I hope you were not without power too long and didn’t suffer too much damage. Floral Rebellion HQ came out of it unscathed, with the odd bit of extra firewood that dropped into the garden, I am grateful on both counts.
Valentines was a success, I sold out of the card and flower bouquet bundles, and I had a lovely couple of days driving around visiting customers old and new. As you know, community means a lot to me and getting to know so many fantastic folk really keeps driving me forward. Speaking of driving, my beautiful car has been sold in exchange for something far more practical for delivering my flowers. I am mourning the fun I had in my sporty little number, but the replacement is already easing my stresses of getting flowers to customers the right way up!
As suggested in last month’s edition of the Rebellion Blog, I have workshops aplenty coming up. I will be hosting workshops in Winterslow, West Dean and Salisbury, so that is Hampshire and Wiltshire covered with a variety of different workshops including living wreaths and a new little beauty for you “the power of flowers”. Please hop over to my Instagram or facebook pages to get more details. I am starting to do more lives to share all the info I have on upcoming events. If you are interested in attending, please give me a shout asap because I am delighted to say; spaces are already being snapped up.
Keep your eyes peeled for a fabulous Mother’s Day flowers and skincare bundle being launched with Karen from Mrs P’s Tropic.
Keep safe out there!
